Outstanding performance can only be achieved with outstanding employees. At Kontron Technologies, 13 teams with a total of around 170 employees work together across the Linz, Hagenberg, Vienna and Augsburg sites to drive customer projects forward.
Iterative development processes
Depending on the respective customer requirements for modern software solutions, the tasks that arise are implemented as part of agile cross-functional teams or through iterative development processes. This is decided separately depending on the type of project and the level of customer interaction required - from the classic iterative approach to the highly interactive extended workbench.
A modern working environment
In our self-sufficient development teams, we provide experts for the respective areas: Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer, Test Engineer, Requirements Engineer, UI/UX Designer, Database Engineer, SCRUM Master and Project Manager.
Thanks to the independent and freely configurable way of working, we guarantee a modern working atmosphere as well as optimal and self-determined resource allocation in the project. There is also the opportunity to work on several projects at the same time. On the one hand, to make everyday working life much more varied and, on the other hand, to enable synergy effects between the individual projects.
