Risk-free training for welders of all experience levels
The Welducation Simulator enables the risk-free and realistic simulation of welding processes such as MIG/MAG, TIG and manual arc welding. Novice welders can repeat applications indefinitely to improve their skills, while experienced welders refine their techniques and learn new processes.
A guided process during training includes a welding preparation checklist, live parameter settings and a detailed results display that provides valuable feedback. This structured approach helps both groups learn from mistakes and optimally prepare for real-world welding situations, increasing their employability and flexibility in the industry.
At the Fohnsdorf training center, we train both newcomers and specialists in the most common welding processes. The Welducation Simulator makes it easier to get started, as it enables safe training without the use of materials. This allows basic manual skills to be learned and various parameters to be tested in a practical manner. The SIM is also ideal for recertification to refresh knowledge and learn new procedures. It is a valuable tool for practical and efficient training.
