In logistics, customer and employee contacts are the backbone of operational business. Our client, a leading company in the industry, manages its contacts centrally via LOGA and a customer and suppliermanagement system. But what happens if these systems fail or are compromised by a hacker attack?
To ensure that drivers and employees can continue to work smoothly in such situations, we developed a mobile application that regularly synchronises contacts and makes them available offline – securely, reliably and efficiently.

Technical details of the project
The implementation was carried out using the cross-platform framework Flutter. The mobile app automatically synchronises contact data from HCM (human capital management) and stores it locally in encrypted form to ensure offline access. Two to three weekly iterations, regular reviews and close coordination with the customer helped to clarify requirements and drive development forward iteratively. Particular attention was paid to security, synchronisation performance and the user-friendliness of the app. Additional functions and optimisations were integrated within the agreed budget thanks to efficient project management.
